We can assist to meet requirements for emergency management and OHS

ActiveSDA has an incident management system in place which complies with the requirements of the NDIS.

Reportable incidents are notified to the NDIS Commission.

At the request of the property owner, our team can develop an Emergency Management Plan in accordance with the requirements of AS3745 2010 as it applies.

Each resident and their support provider is given information about emergency procedures and safety features of the property.

ActiveSDA has a Covid-safe plan in place for SDA service delivery.

We work in consultation with property owners and support providers to review and implement a COVID-safe plan for each SDA dwelling.

ActiveSDA has a comprehensive OHS system in place.

ActiveSDA will complete an assessment of property related safety hazards prior to tenanting and maintain the dwelling with respect to the safety and security of workers and residents.
